- Install apps from the device’s official app store whenever possible.
- Do not share your password, playlist URL, private status link, or payment details.
Important
KingTV does not own or operate third-party player applications. App availability, features, and licence fees can change by device and region.

Understanding your activation details
Xtream Codes/API
Usually consists of a server URL, username, and password entered into three separate fields.
M3U playlist
A complete playlist URL entered or pasted into the player’s playlist field.
Portal method
Uses a portal address and may require a device identifier. Use this only when specified in your activation email.
Troubleshooting
The login is not accepted
Check capitalization, remove accidental spaces, and confirm that the server address includes the correct protocol and port. Do not repeatedly guess; contact support with your order reference and device type.
Channels do not load
Refresh the playlist, restart the app and device, then restart the router. Confirm that the plan is active and that another device is not already using a one-connection subscription.
Playback buffers or freezes
Test the internet connection, use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi where possible, stop background downloads, restart the router, and try a lower stream quality.
The app is unavailable
App availability varies by device and region. Contact KingTV with the device manufacturer, full model number, operating system, and country for a compatible alternative.
