These terms govern use of the KingTV website and any subscription ordered through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally able to enter a contract and use the service only for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for compliance with the laws and content-access rules applicable in your location.

Orders and manual activation

Submitting an order does not by itself confirm payment or activation. Payments are manually verified. Service begins only after KingTV confirms the order and supplies activation details.

Plans and renewal

Plan duration starts upon activation unless otherwise stated. Phase-one plans do not renew automatically. Renewal requires a new verified payment. A one-connection plan permits one simultaneous active stream.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for a compatible device, player application, stable internet service, accurate order information, and safeguarding credentials. Sharing, reselling, copying, rebroadcasting, or commercially exploiting access is prohibited unless separately authorized in writing.

Availability

Internet-based services may be affected by maintenance, device limitations, network congestion, third-party applications, internet providers, regional restrictions, and events outside reasonable control. Specific content and quality are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Third-party services

Player apps, PayPal, cryptocurrency networks, internet providers, and device platforms are independent third parties. Their fees and terms are separate from KingTV.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for payment reversal, fraudulent information, credential sharing, abusive conduct, technical misuse, or unlawful activity.
